Founded in 2024, EduTRAX Foundation was officially established under the license issued by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia (Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia) with registration number AHU-0018322.AH.01.04.Tahun 2024 and based on Notarial Deed number 9 dated 19 November 2024 prepared by Prayuda Agusvianto, S.H, M.Kn.
